On September 6th, 2023, after a short battle with pancreatic cancer, Mimi Salkovitz passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was a strong fighter to the very end having previously tackled a battle with breast cancer 10 years prior. Mimi was the embodiment of love, dedication and willpower. She put those attributes into her fight against cancer and was a strong advocate for the American Cancer Society during both of these trying diagnoses. Mimi always gave to others, even putting them before herself. In her memory, she would want nothing more than to continue the fight against cancer. Thank you for your support. Together we can make a difference to beat this disease and have more time with our loved ones.
