In Memory of James Thomas Dugan

James Thomas Dugan, known as “Jim” to friends, passed away in the early morning hours of November 11, 2023 after a long battle with cancer. Not surprisingly, he did not go down without one hell of a fight. He was an amazing brother, father, father-in-law, and grandfather. 

Jim was a veteran of the US Army and continued his service to country for over 30 years working for the CIA.

He is survived by his brother John “Pat”, his children Katy, Margy, Tim, and Colleen, his son-in-laws Scott, Brian, and Trampas, and his grandchildren Tori, Carly, Matthew, Presley, and Lee. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Sandy and his sisters Eileen and Joan.  

We will miss him terribly.
