On Friday, May 10, please join us as we line the track around the Avon Town Hall Lake with luminaria that represent our loved ones who have battled cancer. Each luminaria is a suggested donation of $10 and you can submit the name of your loved one for us to create the luminaria or you can decorate your own luminaria for the event.
It will be dark at approx. 9:00pm - please arrive in time to place your luminaria on the track, the ceremony will begin at approximately 8:45pm.
This year alone, more than 600,000 Americans will die of cancer. That’s more than 1,600 people per day in the United States. That’s why, with our 1.5 million supporters, we are taking action. The money I raise through my fundraiser will help fund and provide the critical programs and services that people count on every day.
