My breast cancer marked the fifth cancer diagnosis in my immediate family. I’ve seen and experienced first-hand the incredible advances in diagnosis and treatment since my brother’s diagnosis in 1980. Let’s work together to find even better treatments - and perhaps a cure - for the next generation, and beyond.
This year alone, more than 600,000 Americans will die of cancer. That’s more than 1,600 people per day in the United States. But research and support programs need funding to succeed. The money I raise through this fundraiser will help fund and provide the critical programs and services that people count on every day.
