For 110 years, the American Cancer Society has been a leader in the fight against cancer. More people are surviving cancer than ever before. There are more than 18 million cancer survivors living in the United States today.

Our Hope Lodge communities program has provided over 6 million nights of free lodging- easing the burden of 29k cancer patients and caregivers who must travel for treatment in a typical year. Over 1 million volunteers are mobilized focusing on our mission to ensure everyone has the opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer through advocacy, research, and patient support.​

Year over year, the American Cancer Society makes more and more of an impact. Over 55 million lives are touched by the American Cancer Society each year.
